Free Tier Subscription#

The Intel® Geti™ Free Tier introduces a credit system designed to provide you with the opportunity to fully evaluate the capabilities of the Intel® Geti™ platform. This system provisions you with a limited number of free credits, which can be seen as Intel® Geti™ platform currency. Credits serve as a payment for executing model training and optimization jobs.

Credit System Details#

Initial Credit Allocation#

  • First Month: New users are allocated 3000 credits upon signing up for the Free Tier. This initial number is intended to allow you to explore the Intel® Geti™ features extensively right from the start.

  • Subsequent Months: After the first month, the credit balance is reset to 1000 credits monthly.

User Eligibility#

  • A user subscribed to the Intel® Geti™ Free Tier can invite up to 4 additional members to his Intel® Geti™ organization to jointly explore the platform.

  • Data Annotation: Kickstart your data preparation journey with the Intel® Geti™ smart annotation assistants.

  • Model Training: Credits are used for training machine learning models.

  • Active Learning: Accelerate the model training process with the Intel® Geti™ Active Learning functionality, which helps prioritize the most informative data that will boost the model accuracy.

  • Model Templates and Architecture: Access to our complete portfolio of model templates and architectures to fit your project needs.

  • Optimization and Testing Tools: Utilize the Intel® Geti™ options for model optimization and testing to ensure the best model performance.

  • Deployment: Export all your models trained with the Intel® Geti™ platform.

  • SDK and REST API: Leverage the capabilities of the Intel® Geti™ SDK and REST API to seamlessly integrate model training and optimization within your existing development environment.

Credit Usage#

  • Training Job Initiation: Credits are deducted when a model training job is initiated, either manually or via auto-training. The number of annotated images or frames in your training dataset is equal to the number of credits that will be deducted from your credit balance.

  • HPO Model optimization: Credits are deducted when a user starts an HPO optimization job, equal to the number of annotated images or frames in your dataset.

Job Cancellation#

  • Scheduled State or Data Preparation: If a training job is canceled while in a scheduled state or during the data preparation stage, the credits are fully refunded.

  • Post Data Preparation: Credits will not be refunded if a job is cancelled after the data preparation step.

View Your Credit Balance#

To see your credit consumption:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Account section on the left sidebar.

  3. Click on Usage to open the dashboard overview.
