Create ticket#

If you run into an issue and need assistance, submitting a support ticket may be your next step.

Steps to Submit a Support Request:

  1. Go to the Geti Support portal and sign in.

  2. Describe your issue in the text field and click Check for answers.

  3. If you don’t find an answer to your question, click on Continue to request creation.

  4. Complete the form and click Submit request.
